About The Event
ATHENA{techne} is the FedEx Institute of Technology's all-women hackathon hosted at the University of Memphis in partnership with Memphis Women in Technology. Over the course of two days, women are immersed in tech culture and encouraged to exercise their imagination to create interesting and innovative hacks. Our mission is to empower diversity in technology and build a community that people feel safe in.

Individual
Individual registration means you want to participate in the hackathon as a single individual OR you would like to be placed on a team after you arrive to the event. You do not need to have any prior skill in order to register as an individual.

Team registration indicates that your group wants to participate in the hackathon and have confirmed the team in advance. It will be beneficial to have someone on your team with prior programming experience. You will be asked to list the members of your team later in the registration process.

This is general registration as an attendee. You will NOT be placed on competing a team, but you WILL have access to all of the talks, workshops, and special activities happening at our hackathon. Everyone is welcome!
